Can I exchange or return a product?

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except personalized items and, Promotional sale items is not eligible for return or exchange, and for hygienic reasons, earrings, ear cuffs and piercings.

We require photographs of the defective items or wrong items.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is not the correct one.
  • The wrong size of ring, bracelet or necklace has been chosen.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Instructions Returns Domestic does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of choice. We recommend using a trackable / insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return. We are not responsible for the return or the loss of your package. When returning, please make sure all returned items and packaging materials are in the box along with the invoice.

Damaged items

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please CONTACT US. We will be happy to review your order. We will arrange for a replacement, credit, pending assessment and evaluation of the product. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of when your order was delivered.


We only accept returns from EU countries. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from non-EU countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland) because additional customs duties and import sales tax will be borne by the recipient ( If the jewelry is delivered broken we can compensate for it in the form of replacement or by refund.

The refund money will be returned to the debited account within 7 working days.
